AI Video Editing Agent for Streams, Clips and Ads

AI video editing agents from Seqora are for creators and businesses that record far more video than anyone has time to edit. One agent finds, trims and stitches the moments worth posting from multi-hour livestreams and delivers the clips to your Google Drive, and the same approach fits podcasts and webinars. A second Claude workflow turns raw phone clips into finished vertical videos with clean audio, word-by-word captions, b-roll and motion graphics built in code. You record and approve, and the searching, cutting and rendering happen without an editor.

How the clipping agent and edit workflow fit together

What is an AI video editing agent?

An AI video editing agent is software that listens to and watches your footage, decides what is worth keeping, and does the cutting for you. Ours transcribes long streams with word-level timestamps, identifies speakers and topics, and has Claude pick and trim the moments worth posting. A second workflow turns raw clips into captioned vertical videos with motion graphics and b-roll built in code.

  • Who it's for: livestreamers, podcasters and businesses that record video, from creators to med spas filming injector explainers
  • What you get: a clipping agent that delivers cut clips and a report to Google Drive, plus a Claude edit workflow that renders captioned 1080x1920 videos
  • How it works: paste a stream link or drop in phone clips, Claude reads the transcript and the footage, and finished files land in a folder for your review
  • Proof: a 4-hour-52-minute stream transcribed, searched and cut into 10 clips, with those three stages taking about 7 minutes combined
The problem

Why do the good moments in a long stream never get posted?

A three-hour stream holds a handful of moments worth posting. Finding them by hand means scrubbing through all of it, and that can take longer than the stream itself.

Raw phone footage has the opposite problem. The good takes are there, mixed in with false starts, street noise, shaky framing and no captions. Cutting it into something that holds attention in the first two seconds is skilled work, so it waits for an editor or never gets done.

What fixes it is an agent that reads the whole recording, scores candidate moments against a profile of what has worked on your channel, and hands you the cut files to approve.

Two tools, one result. The clipping agent finds the moments and delivers them as horizontal clips. The edit workflow adds what makes a clip postable: captions, a 9:16 vertical layout, b-roll and motion graphics.

What's included

What the clipping agent and the edit workflow each do

The first three come from the livestream clipping agent. The last three come from the Claude edit workflow. Each has been built and used on its own, and the two are designed to run together when you want finished vertical posts from long streams.

Form-based stream intake

Paste a stream link or a Google Drive file into a simple form. Add a plain-English request if you want specific moments, such as every time you fact-check someone live.

Transcripts, speakers and topic maps

Every word transcribed with a timestamp, the speakers identified, and a multi-hour stream split into conversations and mapped by topic, so the agent knows where everything is.

Claude-picked, trimmed clips

Claude proposes moments, a rule-based filter checks them, and a second Claude pass trims them, stitching related moments together when that makes a stronger clip. Clips land in Drive with a report on why each was chosen.

Clean cuts, audio and framing

Stumbles, repeated takes and dead air cut on real silences, street noise removed, and every shot stabilized with your face centered and kept the same size.

Word-by-word captions

Captions timed to each word with the current word highlighted, plus big on-screen text for the key lines and numbers you actually said.

Motion graphics and b-roll in code

Chats, dashboards, calendars, counters and charts built and animated in code with HyperFrames, then rendered at 1080x1920 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. The project is kept so you can change it and re-render.

How it works

From your first upload to a running agent

You see clips cut from your own footage early, and the agent is tuned against your judgment before it runs on its own.

  1. 01

    Footage and channel review

You share a few past streams or a folder of raw clips, plus posts that did well. We write the profile the agent scores against: target clip length, the hooks that work for you, and the patterns to skip.

    Week 1
  2. 02

Build and tune the clipping agent

We set up the intake form, transcription, speaker and topic mapping, the Claude clip finder and Drive delivery. Then we run it on your past streams and adjust the profile until its picks match yours.

    Weeks 2–4
  3. 03

    Design the edit workflow

Layouts come from your website's colors and fonts: speaker full screen, a split screen with a graphics card, or graphics with the speaker in a circle, all inside each platform's safe zones. Test renders use your own footage.

    Weeks 3–5
  4. 04

    Check and hand over

Every render gets a check pass: each scene snapshotted, overlap and readability fixed, loudness normalized to -14 LUFS. You get the finished files plus the editable projects and scripts, so changes never mean starting over.

    Week 6
  5. 05

    Run and maintain

The clipping agent runs as an always-on cloud worker that picks up each new request. We keep it working as platforms and models change, as we did for the livestream clipper across about six months of updates.

Each part, built and used on real footage

The clipping agent was built for a livestream creator, deployed as an always-on cloud worker and maintained for about six months. The edit workflow made Seqora's own ads. Read the full clipper write-up.

Livestream creatorDeployed

Nick Matau

A creator who streams three-to-four-hour debates most nights pastes a link into a form. The agent transcribes the stream, identifies speakers, maps topics and has Claude pick, trim and stitch the moments worth posting into horizontal clips, delivered to Google Drive with a report on each pick.

Result

A 4-hour-52-minute stream processed end to end: transcription in about 3.5 minutes, clip finding in about 2.5 minutes, 10 clips cut in about a minute.

In-houseShipped

Seqora's own ads

We handed Claude 25 raw selfie clips. The workflow cut the stumbles, cleaned the audio, stabilized and face-tracked every shot, built every caption, motion graphic and b-roll card in code, and rendered two finished vertical ads.

Result

Two finished, ready-to-post vertical ads from 25 raw phone clips, with no editor and no templates.

Why Seqora

Why build it instead of buying a clipping app?

Tuned to your channel

The clip finder scores moments against a profile written for you: a target clip length, ranked hook types, and dealbreakers to skip. Change the profile and the picks change.

Only what you actually said

The edit workflow puts claims and numbers on screen only if they were said on camera, and flags any that need proof before a video runs as a paid ad.

Edits you can change later

Every graphic and caption is built in code and the project is kept. Fix a typo or swap a number and re-render, instead of rebuilding the edit.

Pricing

What an AI video editing agent costs

Pricing is scoped on a free call. The build is quoted up front, and running costs follow how much footage goes through it. These move the number:

  • How many hours of footage you process each week
  • Clipping agent, edit workflow, or both together
  • How many layouts and formats each video needs
  • Transcription and AI model usage, which scale with footage length
  • Custom motion graphics and brand design work
  • Whether posting and paid promotion come through AI social media marketing

What we don't promise: views, followers or viral clips. Nobody can honestly guarantee those. We commit to clips picked against your profile, a written reason for every pick, and a system you can retune when your content changes.

FAQ

AI video editing agent: common questions

Does the clipping agent add captions and vertical crops?

Not on its own. The clipping agent finds, trims and stitches the moments, then delivers horizontal clips and a report to Google Drive. Captions, 9:16 vertical layouts, b-roll and motion graphics come from the second part, the Claude edit workflow. When you want finished vertical posts from long streams, the two are designed to run in sequence, with the clips going through both. Nothing posts automatically: you review and post.

How long does it take to get running?

Plan on about six weeks for both parts, with test clips from your own footage in the first few. Most of that time is tuning: we run the agent on your past streams and adjust its profile until the picks match yours. In one measured run on a 4-hour-52-minute stream, transcription, clip finding and cutting 10 clips took about 7 minutes combined.

What if it picks the wrong moments?

You tell us, and the profile changes. Each clip comes with a report showing its hook, key quote and score, so a weak pick is easy to spot and explain. You can also add a plain-English request to any job, such as every moment where you fact-check someone live, and the agent searches for that instead.

Is my footage kept private?

Yes, within the few services the pipeline needs. Your footage moves only between a Drive folder you control, the clipping agent's cloud worker, the machine that renders your edits, and the transcription and Claude APIs. Nothing is published anywhere: finished files go back to your folder, and posting stays in your hands. Nothing is processed that you didn't submit.

Who owns the clips, the projects and the code?

You do. Clips and reports land in your own Google Drive. Edit projects and scripts are kept, so you can change a word or a number and re-render without rebuilding the video. The clipping agent is built so it can run on cloud accounts in your name, with its code and configuration handed over to you.

What do you need from me to get the video agent running?

Footage and a little judgment. For the clipping agent: a few past streams and examples of clips that did well. For the edit workflow: your raw clips, your website so we can match colors and fonts, and anything you can't say or show for legal or compliance reasons. After that, a short review of the first batch of clips.
