What does a social media retainer cost?
It's a monthly retainer, scoped after a free audit of your profiles. The price depends on how many platforms we run, how much video goes out each month, whether we produce the content or cut your footage, and whether Meta ads are included. Ad spend is separate. You get a fixed scope and price in writing before anything starts.
How long before social media brings in inquiries?
Paid social can start producing inquiries as soon as ads go live. Organic posts and video take longer: the first month goes to setup, tracking and the baseline, the first series is planned for months two and three, and searchable content on YouTube and Pinterest builds over months rather than days. Every report shows which posts and ads produced inquiries.
Will AI-generated content go out without our approval?
No. Every post, caption, video cut and ad gets written approval from the person you name before it goes live. In approval-first mode every frame comes from your approved shoots and nothing of your product is generated or altered by AI. In either mode we never generate or alter images of your results or your patients. AI handles the planning, cutting, captions, motion graphics and analytics.
What if a post or an ad doesn't work?
Then we find out early and change it. We watch saves, shares, watch time and inquiries on every post, flag ads whose costs are rising or whose creative is wearing out, and swap in the next approved variant within the limits you set. The monthly report says plainly what didn't work and what we're changing.
Who owns the accounts and the content?
You do. Your profiles, ad account and pages stay in your name, and we're added with manager access, so you can remove us at any time. Everything we make is yours, including the video project files and scripts, so an ad can be changed and re-rendered later without starting over.
What do you need from us?
Manager access to each profile and your Meta ad account, read access to Google Analytics, a brand fact sheet, your colors, fonts and logo files, and one named approver. In approval-first mode your team also provides photography, film and master edits. In full-production mode we need time on camera, or simply a folder of raw phone clips.
