Medicaid enrollment servicesIn production
100 Boulevard
100 Boulevard prepares Medicaid applications for long-term care plans, and every income and asset on an application needs matching proof. We built an AI validation step inside their existing cloud system that reads statements, pay stubs, benefit letters and tax forms, picks the best proof for each entry, checks the amount and explains anything it can't verify.
ResultZero extraction errors across the first 30 production cases, and 576 cases completed in a single production day.
Commercial real estate financeDeployed · repeat client
AST Defeasance
AST Defeasance onboards borrowers for commercial loan closings, which means collecting entity documents and filling each partner bank's own forms. We built a secure onboarding portal where AI reads the uploads and maps ownership from org charts, explicit rules decide what goes on each form, and analysts approve before e-signature.
ResultA second engagement after our first project for them. Six bank-specific document sets went to production after a 216-page audit with all 126 text checks passing.
Dental trauma practice · Los AngelesLive at the practice
The Dental Trauma Center (Schames)
Clinicians at a Los Angeles dental trauma practice were turning handwritten exam notes into long reports by hand. We built Digital Ink: the exam is captured on a tablet, a vision model reads the handwriting and diagram markings, and the system drafts the report in the practice's own voice for doctor review.
Since launchRunning at the practice on secured AWS infrastructure, and the practice has since referred us to another healthcare client.
K-12 learning platformLive at groovit.com
Groovit
Groovit is a gamified K-12 learning platform where students answer questions by jumping and ducking in front of a webcam. We rebuilt the production stack on the client's own cloud accounts, hardened student-data security, and shipped a steady run of product and teacher-tooling releases.
ResultThe camera game went from about 10 to about 50 frames per second on a classroom Chromebook, and 53 defects were closed in the first three and a half weeks.
